Sudah siapkah Anda menua dengan bahagia?

         

      Menua dengan bahagia adalah dambaan setiap orang, baik bagi yang masih muda maupun yang sudah bersiap menjalani masa tuanya. Menua tanpa pusing lagi memikirkan penghasilan setelah pensiun, dana kesehatan, dana pendidikan untuk anak cucu, dll. Hanya tinggal menjalani hari-hari dimana seharusnya kita semua menikmati apa yang sudah kita lakukan selama ini di usia produktif. Kemudian terlintas dipikiran saya, kira-kira apa saja yang harus saya lakukan?? dan munculah satu cara untuk mewujudkan bahagia di hari tua yaitu dengan membuat persiapan yang matang.
untuk mendukung pemikiran ini, saya melakukan survey dengan meng-'innerview' beberapa rekan dan keluarga yang saya temui pada tgl 17 - 19 Februari 2017, pertanyaan yang saya ajukan adalah

    Perlindungan terhadap resiko hari tua dan persiapan untuk menghadapi masa pensiun dalam bentuk tabungan yang dicairkan secara sekaligus berupa akumulasi iuran ditambah dengan hasil pengembangannya.

    Berapakah iuran yang harus dibayar peserta?

    Peserta Formal (Penerima Upah)

    5,7% dari upah ⇉ 3,7% ditanggung perusahaan

                               2% ditanggung pekerja

    Contoh :

    Peserta mendapatkan upah Rp 5.000.000/bulan

   Rp 285.000  ⇉  Rp 185.000 ditanggung perusahaan

Jaminan Pensiun

    Perlindungan atas hilangnya penghasilan saat mencapai usia pensiun berupa manfaat pensiun hari tua, pensiun janda/duda, pensiun cacat, pensiun anak dan pensiun orang tua yang dapat diterima secara berkala setiap bulannya.

Setelah membaca literatur dan mencari data kesana kemari, akhirnya saya sendiripun tertarik dengan program unggulan yang dimiliki BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dan insyaalloh awal bulan depan saya mendaftarkan diri sebagai peserta JHT.😁

Cara Daftar dan Bayar

Selanjutnya berapa iuran yang harus saya setorkan?? karna sekarang saya sedang fokus menekuni bisnis online, maka saya dapat dikategorikan sebagai pekerja nonformal atau BPU (Bukan Penerima Upah), jadi perhitungannya :
🔺Didasarkan pada nominal tertentu yang ditetapkan dalam daftar sesuai lampiran I PP
🔺Daftar iuran dipilih oleh peserta sesuai penghasilan

Kenapa pada akhirnya saya jadi antusias untuk mengikuti program JHT dari BPJS Ketenagakerjaan?? karena saya menyadari bahwa saya tidak akan hidup selamanya dan andai kata saya dipanggil 'lebih cepat' oleh yang Maha Kuasa, saya tidak begitu merepotkan keluarga saya, karna telah memiliki tabungan berupa asuransi yang bisa saya 'wariskan' untuk keluarga. Dan andai kata saya memang ditakdirkan hidup 'lebih lama', maka 30 tahun lagi saya 'baru' bisa menikmati apa yang saya tanam selama ini.

Bahagia di hari tua yang saya inginkan sendiri adalah menua dengan memberikan banyak manfaat bagi orang lain, memiliki panti asuhan yatim piatu dan keliling dunia bersama pasangan.
